Handle initial filing of reports generated by the Human Resources and other departments.
Perform all clerical duties including but not limited to non-routine faxing/mail distribution, telephone coverage for overflow, filing, and employee verifications.
Provide walk–in candidates with the Job Application Form for completion.
Ensure that all HR related documents are being kept and filed in the right files
Distribution of reports to other department as and when necessary.
