A customer with estimated order delivery date of Dec 11-18 contacted one day after placing her order asking where her order is! I responded that she should expect to receive her order within 3-4 business days and reminded her estimated delivery date provided by Amazon but to my surprise one day later I saw my customer dissatisfaction rate turned to below standard. I downloaded the report and found out that she left a negative rating and commented "Where is my order"!
Is this new metric a fair measurement of seller's customer service?
