Interestingly, several orchids were performed such as Anoectochilus, Haemaria, Phalaenopsis and, Spiranthes magnicamporum can be summarized that orchid mycorrhizal fungi promote higher number of leaves, fresh weight, and dry weight (Lee, Ming-Chih,et al, 2014). We hypothesized that orchid mycorrhizal fungi will help to enhance orchid’s growth including Paphiopedilum callosum. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of orchid mycorrhizal fungi inoculation on survival and growth of Paphiopedilum callosum after ex vitro transplanting.
