CHANNELS
A distribution channel is a set of related
organizations involved in making the product
or service available for the consumer.
Direct Marketing Channel: has no
intermediary levels; the company sells
direct to the customer
Indirect Marketing Channel: contains one
or more intermediaries, e.g. wholesalers,
retailers
Multi-channel Distribution System: a
single company sets up two or more
marketing channels to reach one
