Serum agglutination titers ofthe two vaccinated groups showed
a significantly higher agglutination titer than that of the control
group, in which nearly no agglutination reaction was detected
at any time points examined. For a group of antigens with ASF,
the peak agglutination titer occurred at 14 days PPV; strong
expression persisted even at 3 months PSV.
