Public relations assistant, abc company
assist PR manager in organizing a publicity program for brand-building of the company,
achieving press coverage by 8 local newspapers.
Perform all HR functions e.g. compensation & benefit, performance management, recruitment, rules and regulations, employee relation, etc.
- Performs recruitment process; sourcing, screening, interviewing, job offering, orienting and training and prepare employment contract for qualified candidates.
- Represent HR Department to welcome foreign customers.
- Coordinate with company’s staff overseas and facilitate in overall HR process/tasks including travel to overseas sometimes.
