4. Conclusions
The ef®ciency of the combination of extraction and
crystallisation preconcentration with XRF analysis of
natural waters and pure salts was shown. For making
specimens from the obtained liquid concentrates in
such cases, their viscosity was essentially increased by
the introduction of dry gelatin into the concentrates.
Techniques for the determination of heavy metal
impurities on the level of MPC (natural waters) and
up to 110
ÿ5±210
ÿ5 mass% (pure salts) by extraction-
XRF and crystallisation-XRF were developed.
