The schematic overview of the two phases experiments were shown in Figs. 1 and 2. Firstly, Fig. 1 showed that one part where shrimp was harvested followed by PPO extraction, whereas the other showed pomegranate obtained from a garden, PPE preparation and then, both (two) followed by various PPO determinations. Somewhat different, secondly, Fig. 2 showed that the shrimp harvested, dipped in liquid nitrogen, transported, defrosted and washed, then dipped into various treatments and control, followed by cold storage, prior to microbial, sensory, melanosis and chemical evaluations.
