The purpose of this study is to
develop a measurement construct for
program success. For that the study
builds on earlier findings and empirically develops a set of measurement
scales and dimensions for program
success. Furthermore, the interaction
between program success and program
context is examined to test for stability
of the program success measurement
construct in different program contexts. The following research questions
are addressed, and program success is
the unit of analysis:
• What are the measurement dimensions and scales for program success?
• Are these program success measures
stable over different program contexts?
