The format provided in the MS Excel workbook “Horeca RFP – Pricing Sheet.xls”, which
has been part of the RFP package that each provider received, must be followed strictly
in their responses. Only those sections shaded in light blue color can be edited while the
rest of the spreadsheet is protected in order to allow a standardised cost assessment
across all providers. As the Unit of Measurements (UOM) for charge items that
providers might add are unknown at this stage, some formulas in the total cost
calculation might not work. In this instance, please disregard those cost related cells;
most important is that the charge item (pricing) has been inserted into the blue shaded
cells.
