During this transaction period and for the time being ( until KB Plant has new Plant Manager or station VP Manufacturing ).
All approval jobs to use general expense as the buget set up for 2015 and other emergency budget for correction daily operation must be as a just in time approval.
So, I would like to ask your consideration to give authorization for each Department Manager or Assistant Manager to be a primary approval person for any budget less than 100,000 baht
but have already been approval in the budget of 2015 together with Purchase Engineering Manager ( K. Wichit to be the cross checking person ).
Then after that K. Wichit will be acting as the central collector for all those primary approval from each Department Manager or Assistant Manager to SVP Sugino -san to sign up as the final approval
which can be onec a weekor twice a week.
In term of any emergency expense that not in the budget of 2015 but obviously that very important and urgently use.
K. Wichit and Department Manager who need that approval will give a phone call to Sugino san or writing Email for the approval by verbal or reply mail for the approval before giving a hard copy to sign.
This kind of process is very important for KB Team to move forward quickly and smoothly as the last 7 years we have been doing this process controlling by me and corporate with SVP.
KB Plant is such a big factory, decision making timely and just in time correction is a factory concept to reduce loss and less harmful / damage.
