Key Result Areas:
Supervise Accounting teams on daily accounting transactions recorded in the following work modules;
A. ACCOUNTS PAYABLE / ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE - maintaining the Accounts payable and Accounts receivable in order to monitor the level of the company’s Trade payables and Trade Account receivables in relation to purchases and sales
B. FIXED ASSET REGISTER - updating the company’s Fixed Asset Register to reflect the addition of new fixed assets and calculate depreciation expenses as appropriate. Coordinate and set up the Fixed Asset Physical Count process as required by Accounting Policy and Procedures.
C. CLOSING OF BALANCE SHEET / PROFIT & LOSS STATEMENT – ensuring that accounting entries are made in accordance with the company’s accounting policies and performing the periodic closing of the Balance Sheet / Profit & Loss Statement
D. DOCUMENT FILING AND TAXATION – ensuring that all documents are completely and properly filing with adequate supporting documents in according to the internal control practice and taxation. Closely working with Accounting Manager to ensure that all related taxation must be supervised and managed to ensure that all tax are properly filing and submitting to Revenue Department
E. RECONCILIATION OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE AND GENERAL LEDGER ACCOUNTS– reconciling Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger accounts to ensure the accuracy and timely preparation of the Company’s financial statements
F. FINANCIAL SUPPORTING TO ACCOUNTING MANAGER AND FINANCE DIRECTOR – Gathering all necessary financial info to support manager in planning supervision cash flow among Thai entities belonging to Accounting Manager and Finance Director
Communicate with the unit manager / Unit administrator to ensure that all transactions incurred in the business are properly recorded in accounting book and treated correctly as required by tax law.
Support team to establish and maintain related internal controls in responsible areas with coordinating with Accounting Manager, Internal Controller and Finance Director.
Communicate and coordinate with External Auditor, Revenue Department and Client’s accountant to smooth the audit and other issues process.
