Validity Test:
In order to ensure that the instrument and its questions achieve the objectives of
the study, the researcher tested the validity and the reliability of the instrument.
The face validity was checked by the consensuses of a group of professionals
and experts, who agreed that the questionnaire appears logically reflecting what
it supposed to measure correctly. The researcher considered all the comments
and recommendations made by the experts and professionals.
Factor analysis was used to measure the validity of each variable (construct
validity)
Reliability Test:
Cronbach alpha was used to test the internal reliability of the measurement
instrument. In this study 0.60 or higher is considered acceptance (Sekrarn,
2000). As shown in table (5-2) the Cronbach Alphas ranged from .84 to .95, thus
establishing the reliability of the survey questionnaire. It is obvious that all values
of alpha are high. This indicates that for each measurement of a variable, the
items are highly correlated and hence highly consistent.
