Assuming you have done a proper analysis and design, getting the new processes implemented is a task requiring change management skills. Since you have already done your homework, gotten buy-in to begin the project, and completed the initial education, the management team will be receptive 10 to the new process design and your strategy for implementation. You will have your assessment report completed. The new design will be presented showing the new process flow —order fulfillment and planning processes. There may also be additional changes to simplify the process (e.g., automation, transaction timing changes) that are not considered specific to the constraint management concept, but are essential to proper exploitation of and subordination to the constraint.
