Chef Saul spent his formative years learning his art in the kitchens of master chefs, David Bouley and Eric Ripert, before going on to open his own restaurant, Saul. Located on Smith Street in Brooklyn, New York, it was one of only three restaurants in the district to receive a precious Michelin star. Recently Saul relocated to a new space in the world-renowned Brooklyn Museum where the chef continues to impress local epicureans with his seasonal menus prepared with ingredients sourced from small farms and artisan producers.
