Booth assignments are now complete for PLMA’s 2015 Private Label Trade Show. Your company’s booth will be located in the Food & Beverages Section in the North Hall:

Exhibitor set-up hours are Friday, November 13 through Sunday, November 15 from 8am – 6pm. Island booth displays of 600 square feet or greater may begin set-up on Thursday, November 12. However, please note your booth display company must schedule early set-up with RES, the official Show Contractor.
You may place all your show orders for furniture, graphics, booth displays, labor, and other requirements through Rosemont Exposition Services (RES) Online Ordering System by going directly to www.resexpo.com and select the Private Label Trade Show from the pull-down menu.
The RES service manual may also be downloaded and printed from PLMA’s Online Exhibitor Portal. The 2015 Trade Show Floor Map can be found there as well.
Given the significant size of the Show, it’s imperative your trade show shipment is labeled correctly to ensure on time delivery of your booth materials. Please review the shipping instructions for the event and affix the new color-coded shipping labels provided in the RES manual or can also be found under Shipping Information on our online portal. Exhibitors located in the North Hall must use the appropriate TEAL color labels.
