We are so sorry for the inconvenience. The account was automatically suspended by our security system. Because it detected an unusual number of login attempts or server switches in a very short period of time. There are numerous reasons. This could have happened in any of the following reasons.
• Multiple devices trying to constantly log in at the same time or the account is being shared with unauthorized personnel.
Note; Basic accounts allows up-to 2 devices to be used at the same time. If both devices use Astrill Application. If you have Home Plan add-on only 5 devices can connect at the same time. Sharing of accounts with unauthorized personnel is prohibited.
• Constantly switching servers in a very short amount of time.
Tip; if you wish to find the fastest server for your connection. Best practice is to use the Speed Test tool under the Help menu on Astrill application to find the most suitable server for any particular internet connection.
• Internet connection was erratic and constantly dropping.
• The device might have been affected by malicious malware/adware/spyware or some virus. Which could have generated automated queries.
Just to be on the safer side of things, please scan the system with a decent Antivirus or Spyware software and send us the report screenshots/log in PDF or JPG or PNG format.
Check the installed programs and browser plugins to see if any suspicious app/add-on hasn’t been installed on the system.
