Of course there is warranty on the product, so the answer was not correct. All electronics bought in Thailand come with manufacturer's warranty, so it doesn't matter that the seller hasn't entered anything into the warranty field on your website, it still has warranty. My question was simply which distributor they are buying this product from as that will be who I need to contact in case of warranty in the future if I buy this product. So a quick email to the seller would have cleared that from your side. We are a seller also on Lazada and we often get emails asking who is the warranty provider, so this just seems like the lazy reply from your staff instead of asking the seller. I found the product on another site and got a reply from them about the warranty, so I will have to buy it there instead as they could provide the service I was asking about.
