Possesses overall responsibility for accounting department administration.
Assists with implementing and maintaining appropriate financial controls in all departments as needed.
Compiles, in conjunction with the General Manager and department heads, all budgets and forecasts covering all activities of the hotel and the maintenance of all budget control procedures.
Takes a responsibility for credit card authorization procedures and systems.
Reviews daily reports and income audit.
Takes a responsibility for financial control systems.
Takes a responsibility for completing financial reviews.
Takes a responsibility for control of guest checks, banquet checks, and promotion checks.
Insures reporting of all sales and revenues.
Maintains all contracts, leases, and other legal and financial
Maintains proper register procedures and systems.
Minimizes investment in inventories.
Minimizes outstanding receivables.
Performs timely profitability evaluations and audits of all departments.
Qualifications:
Male or Female Candidates (Thai Nationality only)
3-5 years minimum experiences in hospitality
Currently holding position as Finance Manager, Assistant Finance Manager, Financial Controller or Assistant position is preferable.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in an accounting or finance related field
Good command of written and spoken English is a must
Analytical, initiative, dynamic and attentive to detail.
Possess exceptional people skills with an excellent working track record
High energy level, and to be able to meet and manage deadlines and motivate employees to excel in a competitive environment
