Leadership of clip 2 is shared leadership. The strategy of a team is Averaging. the team work well because the team has a good strategy and each members do his/her assignment.
First of all the moderator tells members to do something. If don’t have a moderator, members won’t know about details of this activity but members is important equally. If team lost some members team will be lose.
