This is an ideal course for chefs/cooks to start their career in professional way as well as the long experienced’s who like to work on cruise and hotel. HOT’s module offers students the opportunity to learn and understand Culinary Goals, the requirements for preparation and cooking of foods onboard, mother sauces condiments, the importance of food safety and hygiene, correctly using of kitchen equipment & utensils as well as learning to work in a Production area, mainly western cuisine. Our students will have a practice section and opportunity to experience on-the-job training and participate in menu designing demonstrations.
