The women’s-only CR program is bein

The women’s-only CR program is being evaluated
with women with CHD randomly assigned to either
the women’s-only, stage-matched intervention group
or to a traditional mixed-gender CR program. The
experimental intervention involves 10 psychoeducational
sessions utilizing the TTM and MI strategies,
social support, and 36 ECG-monitored exercise
sessions over the course of 12 weeks.
