CONCLUSION
This research found that the RDCO was considered an important nursing diagnosis present in the clinical practice of nursing. A total of eight risk factors for RDCO achieved a DCV ≥ 0·7. Although risk factors
above the cut-off point have generated a high CVI, they neither allow estimates of how much vulnerabil-ity they determine nor distinguish which of them are sensitive or specific. Moreover, it is not possible to specify the exact boundary beyond which changes in health status represent a risk or a real problem.
