- Initiative & Creative to create the quotation
- Follow up for closing sale to meet the Company target
- Well multi communication by face to face, phone or e-mail etc.,
- Assign accepted quotation and operate group tours to Europe, Scandinavian and Middle East destinations by liaising with various departments and suppliers, ensuring that budgets are adhered to and confirmations received within the given time frame
- Reserve hotels and services and follow up from start to end
- Finalize the itineraries with the agent and suppliers
- Co-ordinate between G2 global network of offices/agents/hotels and suppliers while a tour is on the road
- Resolve all operational problems quickly and efficiently
- Ensure that in-house assigned tour status deadlines are met
- Provide feedback on the tour to relevant departments and agents as necessary monitoring quality control and consistency
