It'll help even more if you can select the level troops along with the unit type. For example:
Would it be possible to make the auto selection of troops a little more balanced?
If you're sitting with 100,000 infantry troops and you can send out 57,000 troops at a time, auto select will ALWAYS select 57,000 infantry troops.
This quick select isn't "quick" at all and makes for some big problems when attacking.
How about implementing a pre-selected % based auto select? If one could call it that. The way it'll work is;
You can go to, let's say settings, or even the drill grounds or hall of war and then select your troop dispatch %. You have 300,000 troops, from level 1s to level 8s for example. Then you can determine auto select to include let's say:
30% - Infantry
30% - Cavalry
30% - Archers
10% - Chariot
That way when you auto select it immediately selects the correct troop count for a march that includes ALL troops and not a dispatch made up of 100% infantry troops.
It'll help even more if you can select the level troops along with the unit type. For example:
20% Level 7 Infantry
10% Level 8 Infantry
15% Level 7 Cavalry
15% Level 8 Cavalry
10% Level 8 Archers
5% Level 7 Archers
15% Level 6 Archers
5% Level 8 Chariot
5% Level 7 Chariot
etc etc. The percentages are of course player choice and not a predetermined % by Elex. Even though that would probably help either way.
I hope I made sense? Even more so I hope we can have something like this as fast attacking is kinda out of the door when you have to constantly slide around the sliders hoping for the optimal troop selection.
