You quoted that
• There’re ‘No Claim’ NCF SMP in our stock which K.Thitiwond want to sell them to supplier but we never sell the items in this case. We used to sell ‘Claim’ items only.
Please make sure that you understand the situation well as below :
- Warehouse needs to clear all the damage bags
- K. Kampol told K. Chonticha to summarize the total claims and damaged bags.
- K. Chonticha sent the list of damaged powder to all concerned (see attached file).
- K. Chonticha called and asked me to contact AON to sell the salvages as usual.
- The appointment between FCT and MSIG was sent to all concerned (see below mails).
- The status “No Claim” is confirmed by QC that unaccepted to use in production.
- The salvage buyer paid 86,382.50 baht into FCT account (see attached file) dated 7 July for “No Claim”.
- The status “Claim” belongs to insurance company (MSIG) and the salvage buyer took all of them on 8 July.
- MSIG will settle the whole amount of the claims and take some days in payment process to FCT directly.
