- To establish the genetic relationship among studied species
based on successful RAPD and SSR markers, dendrogram were
constructed according to UPGMA cluster analysis
- The studied species could be grouped into two distinct clusters in RAPD markers.
In the Cluster I D. bellatulum and D.densifloruma were grouped in with D. fimbriatumi,
and in the Cluster II D. nobile and D. aphyllum were grouped together
- In SSR markers it showed two main clusters
Cluster I consisted of only D. bellatulum and got diverged from other species concluding that this species was more diversified.
Cluster II was comparatively more complex having sub-clusters where D.nobile and D. aphyllum grouped with D. densiflorum sharing a common root of origin, with more diverged species D.fimbriatum
