INTRODUCTION
Illumination systems are important factor for every aspect
of daily life. The continuity of works in factories, offices, and
homes can be provided thanks to illumination systems. On the
other hand environment safety has been supplied, traffic
accidents and crime rates have been reduced and nightlife can
be easily maintained by realizing outdoor lighting such as
parks, streets, roads [1]. Day by day, illumination systems are
increasing all over the world. Illumination systems of small
residential areas can be easily installed but it has been getting
difficult at medium and big cities because of high cost and
creating control network for the lighting system [2].
The cost of outdoor illumination system such as road, street
and park lighting is carried out by local governments. In the big
cities which have overpopulation and large area the installation
of outdoor illumination system and particularly energy
consumption of this system cause high cost to national
economy. Therefore, some kinds of energy saving methods
have been predicted. One of these is to reduce the cost of
material used in illumination system. The other one maybe
most important is to decrease the energy consumption by
increasing productivity of energy used. But high rate
illumination. The ratio of daylight has been detected with a
central sensor. This value has been converted into numerical data
and sent illumination pillars that placed into the park with Radio
Frequency (RF).Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) signal required
for buck converter put on the pillars as LED driver is generated
with regard to the numerical data converted from the ratio of
daylight. Thus, brightness of LED has been calibrated and
during the pass of day-night, soft light pass has been provided.
