1. Must have high school diploma or GED.
2. Degree in Management or Hotel & Restaurant Management highly desirable.
3. Must have minimum of 2 years hotel Front Office experience, preferably Front Office Management experience.
4. Must have ability to communicate effectively.
5. Must be able to work well with others.
6. Must have professional appearance and attitude.
7. Must be customer service oriented.
8. The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.
