[Olivia’s POV]
The earth doesn’t stop spinning because you are suffering from a heartbreak and the clock doesn’t stop ticking because you are hurting. Everything kept on moving forward, while I felt like I was stuck in time. I had broken up with him and it was probably the hardest decision I have ever taken in my life. The first few days had been horrible and made me second guess my decision, but now I wasn’t crying as much as I used to. I spent a lot of time with my mother and helped her around the house, which kept me occupied. She knew what had happened and she seemed to support my decision. I knew that she liked Neymar, but who couldn’t like him? He had that charm which made it easy for any person to love and adore him. Neymar, why am I thinking about him again? I cursed at myself as I tried to apply my make-up. I had a job interview at 2pm with Hoss Intropia, a well-known Spanish fashion brand who were searching for a part-time photographer. The job market was tough and demanding in Spain at the moment, but I had good chances due to my two previous internships. I was nervous about the interview however, because I wasn’t mentally fit at the moment. I needed some sort of new distraction to be able to move on and this job offered me just that.
[Neymar’s POV]
Thais was released out of the hospital 3 days later. She wanted to move back into her hotel room, but Marc and I didn’t think that it was a good idea. She would get reminded of what had happened in that room, plus she shouldn’t be alone anymore. Marc wanted her to move in with him, but I personally did not like that thought. He had been caring and looked after Thais during the past couple of days and I wasn’t denying that, but I wasn’t sure if he knew what he wanted. I would have offered Thais to stay with me, but I was a mess myself and I was in no state to take care of her. So in the end I let Marc take her home after promising me that he would hire a housemaid or a nurse who would take care and look after Thais when he was absent due to trainings or matches.
