actually,from the fluidized bed gasifier, to the silo. To achieve this, the flow of a small amount of air (around
100 cc/min) was additionally suppled inside the front of the auger
reactor. In the gasification experiments, air heated to 450 C using a
pre-heater was supplied to the fluidized bed reactor, where the
main gasification reactions occurred. The producer gas escaped
from the fluidized bed reactor and entered the fixed bed reactor,
where the main tar-cracking reactions took place. The producer gas
escaping the fixed bed reactor consecutively passed the char
removal system, the quenching system, and the EP. A flow of noncondensable
producer gas leaving the EP was sampled using Teflon
gas bags (1L) at an interval of 10 min to analyze its composition
using GCs.
