Asst. Finance Manager
Location : Exxon Project / KPN Tower
PURPOSE OF ROLE :
Provide sub-contract administration and supervision of material purchasing in support of account activity. Maintain assigned segments of the finance system for their respective country ensure accurate and timely processing and assist in producing the annual budgets.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Work with the Account Manager to ensure tight finance control is maintained within the country
Own and lead throughout the purchase to pay process, this will include understanding and helping raise purchase orders, book invoices and where necessary complete reconciliations. The bulk of this work will be done by the team within the account but a working knowledge and willingness to help out is expected by the candidate
Take the lead to ensure all planed and forecast targets are achieved and the bonus scheme is optimized
Be the sounding board to the Account Manager in all commercial and operational matters
Consolidation and onward submission of the planning and forecasting pack
Management of the month end reporting process and consolidation of the monthly reported figures and compiling variance analysis reports, ensuring timely delivery to management
Pro-actively drive the savings targets through working with, and active financial leadership of the SCM team and encouraging continuous improvement in the operation
Own and ensure adherence to the change request process within the country, ensuring normalization is carried out as required and that client budgeting reconciliation’s and valuations are maintained and up to date
Providing financial reporting input to JC internal and client meetings, attendance to these meetings as and when required
Portray a thoroughly credible and professional image to the customer at all levels, at all times.
Continuously develop and improve the output of the role
Preparation of tender packages for maintenance and repair project work based on specification from Projects/Logistics Coordinators or Field Coordinators.
Distribution of tender packages to prospective bidders and evaluating the results, jointly with the Projects/Logistics and/or Field Coordinators, based on cost performance standards.
Draft, update and amend sub-contract agreements.
Research performance history of prospective suppliers.
Negotiate service level agreements with suppliers.
Coordinate permits and access requirements with suppliers.
Coordinate with Field Coordinators on administration of existing subcontracts and negotiating for new contracts.
Develop a measurement system for on going management of suppliers.
Procurement of capital equipment with the appropriate Projects/Logistics Coordinators and Field Coordinators.
Comply with all company policies and procedures and maintain company standards.
Any other duties assigned by the Account Manager
REQUIREMENT PROFILE :
Thai nationality
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting or Finance
5 years' experience in accounting or finance.
Advanced numerate & analytical skills aligned to good presentation and enhanced spreadsheet skills
Experience of working across a number of countries an advantage
Knowledge of Facility Management markets, Retail experience , understanding of commercial models and the requirements of managing to an expected outcome an advantage
Good command in English
Good computer literacy
