The MC uses the SPP to establish and communicate
organizational direction and performance expectations.
Through the SPP senior leaders empower and motivate
the entire organization by developing long- and shortterm
strategies, time-lines and goals. From the annual
Business Plan and key strategies, performance expectations
cascade via the Operating Plan (SFF’s integrated
action plan) and its Critical Actions that link and align
department/function and individual KRA assignments
through the PMP process.
