Requirements:
Male or female, Thai Nationality
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineer or IT related field (overseas graduation is preferable)
Very good in English communication both writing and speaking
Very good ability in analysis and problem solving
Experience in technical support and/or customer service
Highly responsible and dependable at work
A fast learner to learn the new things
Able to build a good relationships with good interpersonal skills
Able to manage and assign tasks
Able to respond to customer requirement within SLA
Capable of prioritizing customer requests
Open mind, positive attitude, and service mind
Able to work overtime and under pressure
