• Responsible for all in-flight services commercial food and beverage uploading logistics, coordination documentation and reporting.
• Management of in-flight service inventory storage, replenishment and delivery
• Communicates directly with the Caterers at all times To ensure that these lines-of-communication are open at all times. To ensure that all verbal or written instructionsboth to and from the Caterer are followed explicitly
• To liaise with various departments related to all airport activities in regards to the on-board or airport food service operations of the company
• To ensure that the communications with TVJ personnel are clear, cordial, consistent with their operational requirements and schedules, in-line with airport security matters and all other considerations that the airline might have with the on-board food service program
• Responsible to control and coordinate in flights services meal advice program under direction from the Management with ensuring accurate up-loading to maximize sales while minimizing wastage
• Preparation of the Daily Meal Advice Report, Daily Meal Order and Daily Wastage Report
• Reviews and analyses monthly financial statements from caterers to ensure accuracy with meal notification orders, and other performance indicators. Takes remedial action.
• Confirms product par levels, settings and retail values on all cart settings with all menus, including promotional periods
• Attends to perishable meal order operational problems and needs brought to his attention of all staff. Attends to feedback, complaints, inquiries and requests within a suitable time frame
• Responsible for the Inventory stock control and to prepare a monthly inventory report
• Perform any and all other assignments as directed or requested by Executive Management
