Internal Audit
Responsibilities:
To establish strategies and annual audit plan for the Department.
To study and analyze audit theory and standard in order to enhance audit and engagement processes by integrating professional standards into best practice sharing.
To coordinate and implement change management process in accordance with the internal audit department’s strategies and acting as a consultant for applying new theories and audit concepts to audit processes and engagement processes.
To develop and improve auditors’ skills and provide suitable training for auditors.
To control quality assurance of Audit Department to be aligned with audit standard by reviewing and guidance the development plan.
To communicate and coordinate with related parties both inside and outside the Bank in supporting the department’s management tasks.
To coordinate with independent auditors and regulatory agencies as required for efficient auditing at reasonable costs.
To conduct special audit engagement as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, MBA or related fields
Minimum 5 years experience in area of internal or external audit preferably in finance and banking industry
Having strong operational audit with CPA and CIA will be highly preferred
High self-motivated, Initiative and Teamwork
Good command of both spoken and written English
