Job Description :-
Plans and assists conducting monthly new hire orientation programs.
Coordinate and liaises with external consultants on staff’s training needs and arrange training schedules for staff.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the respective training program by obtaining feedback from staff
Record all training completed
Assist with the scheduling of training sessions and booking/notifying all relevant parties.
Taking responsibility for ensuring all training rooms/venues, equipment, catering arrangements, and other.
Keeping data of training supplies and training materials up to date
Duty as assigned
Qualifications :-
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in HRD or Organization Development or related fields
Proficient in English skill, especially speaking and listening
Experience in initiate KPIs, Competency, or Succession Plan are advantage
Strong organizations skill
Operate effectively in stressful situations
Proficient using Microsoft office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Able to effectively time manage and meeting deadline
Ability to multi-task
