The project was intended to test that the bark of Yellow Poinciana can slow the Spoil of juices. It experimented by prepare the 3 juices include orange juice, coconut juice and molasses that put the bark of Yellow Poinciana and do not put.And set them on the room temperature.Over time,Gauge of pH and sugar in the juices by gauge all of 0,6,12 and 24 hour.Then Compare the results from the measurement of pH and sugar juice that put the bark of Yellow Poinciana and do not.It is found that pH and sugar of the juices put the bark of Yellow Poinciana down than the juices don't put the bark.That prove the bark of Yellow Poinciana can slow the Spoil of juices.
