The worst PSQI component reported by these mothers was subjective sleep quality; 51.1% (n = 167) rated their
sleep quality as very bad (score = 3). The second worse component was sleep latency; 47.7% reported needing >
60 min to fall to sleep or 30–60 min to fall to sleep more than three times a week. Most mothers (98.2%) reported
at least one sleep disturbance, but only 2.1% used sleep medication (Table 2).
