he rGO concentrations and annealing effects on PbS NPs and
PbS/rGO nanocomposites photovoltaic and photodetector applications were studied. The XRD, FTIR, and XPS revealed that, the GO
sheets were transferred to the rGO sheets during synthesis process
due to reduce of the GO by an adequate amount of S2 anion from
the DBSA and Na2S. In addition, the XRD patterns indicated that,
annealing of the samples caused to remove extra phases from the
samples. It was observed that, the rGO caused to decrease PbS NPs
particle size. The electrical measurements indicated that, resistance of the samples were decreased by annealing of the samples up to 300 °C and increasing of the rGO concentrations. Furthermore, the photovoltaic measurements and photoresponse
examination of the samples showed that, the PbS/rGO nanocomposites were able to be a solar-cell device with high efficiency
and NIR detector with fast response.
