All of all, I can concluded that Agricultural extension science has long been regarded by adult education or non-formal education. By way of learning by doing and focus on farmers teach them to help themselves for improve living conditions for the better living. Those have use a communication method to extension, training and passing on information. Moreover those have use theory of extension linkage, diffusion and innovation and considered in social change for planning program that suitable with each context of target community. However, the theory base of extension that be shown in the report, it cannot be separate and do it by yourself. So, in each item must be joining together by people, who have responsibility for help the farmer can achieve or increase agricultural production for welfare living. Extension workers must have sought to improve their performance both by reflecting on their own experience and by using method or theory gained from development communication, the social science and from adult education science. Extension worker have performed in ways that are consistent with in learning theories and the best known principles and practices. The consistent dedication to working with learners as partners has helped to win public support and to ensure the success of their educational efforts.
