The results show that
the consumers agreed that “performance expectancy”,
“social expectancy”, and “facilitating conditions” will lift
the “behavioral intention”, and “behavioral intention” will
lift the “use behavior” of the 3G mobile
telecommunication services. In the non-assumed
relationships, “performance expectancy”, “effort
expectancy”, and “social influence” were found to
influence the “use behavior” as well, which infers a
revised UTAUT model specifically for 3G mobile
telecommunication services as shown in Fig. 3.
