Our factory team has investigated the case and reported as follows:
1. The concerned production records were checked but we did not find such the contaminant.
2. We have a master control list of glasses and hard plastics used in the cannery and we check them every day before production but no report of glass breakage.
3. The received contaminant was compared with all glasses and hard plastics used in the cannery and found that it looks like a lamp cover. But no report of glass breakage nor report of changing the lamp cover.
4. From the possibility to be contaminated from the lamp cover we have already implemented the following measures to prevent such this contaminant.
4.1 The case was informed to all concerned to have awareness and strictly follow the Glass Procedure.
4.2 Apart from daily inspection of the glass and hard plastic material every day, the supervisor of each section must regularly check the lamp cover and report if the fracture is found.
4.3 If the lamp cover is removed for cleaning or changing the lamp, it must be checked its condition and report if the fracture is found.
