Based on the purchase order, when the store receives the items, store can make a ‘Goods Receipt Note’ to list the items they got against the items requested.
New Goods Receipt Note: User can create a ‘Goods Receipt Note’ and can match the list of items that were ordered against actually received. If any item is pending then the same can be procured from other vendor. User is supposed to enter voucher no, date, vendor and items that are received with the quantity and unit.
Goods Receipt Note List: This option allows user to select a list of the entire ‘Goods Receipt Note’ that has been made by the selected store.
