Fig. 4 shows the chromatograms of the spiked rice grain samples extracted using
the MISPE method.
As shown in Fig. 4, there were almost no impurity peaks present in the MISPE eluate
(Fig. 4(B)), but several interfering peaks were present in the NISPE eluate (Fig. 4(C)).
Approximately 50% of the five SUHs were washed away by the wash solution using NISPE (Fig. 4(E)), while only very little TBM was detected in the wash solution using MISPE.
