Much of the rationalist paradigm deals with the construction of public policies that assure better public policies. Yehezker Dror (as good a representative as any of the rationalists) call this concern metapolicy. that is, policy for policymaking procedures.23 In this emphasis, the rationalist paradigm dwells on the optimal organization of the government structure that will assure undistorted information flow, the accuracy of feedback data, and the proper weighing of social variables.
