2.3.2.1. Infusion preparation. The infusions were prepared using 2 g of each tea sample in 100 mL of double-distilled water at 90 8C, and let to stand for 5min. The infusions were filtered with medium speed and retention (8 mm) filter paper, and completed to 100 mL with double-distilled water. They were kept in Nalgene plastic bottles in refrigerator at 4.0 8C.
