Time surely flies, we have been at our SM Tower office for over 6 years now (we moved here during Apr and May of 2008) and we sure had some very memorable moments here on the 24th floor. As we are moving closer to the end of 2014, let’s have a year-end office cleaning to get ready for 2015. We would like to ask for your kind cooperation in cleaning out the department storage rooms, your workstation and the area around your desk. Please go through the shelves and cabinets in your areas to get rid of the things you haven’t touched in the past 2 years and the things you would like to recycle.
We would like to have the following categories to process the stuff you cleaned out from your area:
1. Things to be thrown away
- We will have big black plastic bags for you at each department area
2. Things to be re-used
- If you have any un-used stationary and you would like to donate to the central pool, we will have a box for you to put those
- If you have any ADPC publications (newsletters, annual reports, etc) we can take them from you
- If you would like to donate any souvenirs collected from conferences/meetings/events, we will have a box for you as well
3. Un-used furniture
- If you would like to remove some old and un-used furniture, please let HRA know and we will try to either donate or sell them off.
Let’s have the office cleaning done this Friday (17 Oct) and we will hire some temporary help to move them out from the office next week.
The cleaning will allow us to have a better working environment and as we are paying a substantial office rent each month, this will help us to free up spaces for more efficient use of the office.
