We will refund 50% of product cost.Because this case was over return period that my company and amazon policy advise to customer.
In normally I think when customer received item and use in first time,so Item was damage or can't use.He should rush to contact us asap.But this case he contact us over return period 6 days.This customer is Unreliable.I will show our respond just 50%,In fact We should not respond this issue.
I need to know,If We refund just 50% and then He leave negative feedback to us or A-Z case.Amazon support can help us to remove negative feedback or something that impact with my account health
