We are a bit surprised by the way Agility re-act to below issue and blaming that it is fully under trucking / Hellmann fault.
To light up a bit on the matter of fact
1. The trucking company that we used is the same company that usually handle job of Turbon or any customer in Bangpoo area thus they know very well on what to do
2. If you been to Bangkok port before, then you must know that it is almost impossible to park the truck in front of the gate especially Friday noon time thus you cannot expect to see him at the gate
3. On the other hand, your shipping staff also has a contact of truck driver on their hand hence, if he/she already there, they can also able to contact the truck (Not to wait for truck to contact)
We also received an explanation from truck company on this but since we cannot prove anything as there is no written evident then we will not mention it here but it is a bit different story.
On the other hand, since this was a tragic story of Hanjin which created a side effect to many customers but yet we are still trying our best to serve all the customers we could.
Since Turbon is one of our key customer then we will agree to pay 50% of the OT cost and believed that Agility will do the same to close this issue.
